Shop Policies

Return Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make all of our products to order based on customer specifications (size, pilot hole preference, personalizations, etc.) when orders are placed. We are not a Big Box store and do not mass produce our products. Therefore we do not keep any products "on the shelf" to be able to accept non-personalized product returns either. We make every order customized for each customer, and would not be able to re-sell items if returned. Because of our strict return policy, we make every effort to thoroghly describe our products in the listing details, so you know exactly what you will receive. Our products will always match the listing details and pictures. 

Shipping Address Policy:

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We will ship your order to the address that is submitted with your order. If an item is returned to us by the shipping carrier for invalid address reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges for us to ship it back to you to a corrected address.

Damaged Orders:

In the rare instance that an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order (with pictures of damage to sign & box for shipping carrier claim purposes), so we can immediately address a replacement for you.
