Production Time

Our current production time (or the time it takes for us to custom make your order) is 3 to 6 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). We do our best to get orders made and shipped quickly. Please message us if you need an order expedited, and we will do our best to accommodate! 

Shipping Info

We offer FREE US shipping for all orders over $40! We ship via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, and in some cases (for large packages such as shutters) FedEx Ground Economy. 

UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or to some rural areas. In those cases, we will ship via USPS. We prefer not to ship USPS, as it is not as reliable or fast as UPS, so please don't enter a PO Box or your shipping address if possible. 

Production time + shipping time is the time it will take to receive your order.
